Being highly experienced in the precision industry, Scimex have experience working on metals that include steels, aluminium, brass, bronze, copper, iron, lead, nickel, tin, titanium and inconel. For non-metal work, we can machine numerous plastic polymers such as ABS, polycarbonate, PVC, and PTFE.

 

Our engineering also utilizes custom built tooling and fixtures to carter to the requirements of the project, this ensures that the machine are able to fabricate highly complex designs while tight tolerances and stringent surface finishing are always met.

Our machines are also equipped with sub-spindle technology for added efficiency so that products would be able to be produce in a single operation, this reduces machining processes and manpower handling which minimises unnecessary downtime.
